At Abaila Abayas, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please carefully review our refund and exchange policy below:

Refunds

We do not accept refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered under the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.
• Exchanges are only eligible for requests to change the color of the abaya, as this is a one-size item.

We have a 30-day exchange policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at   abailadubai@gmail.com.

Once your request is approved, detailed instructions, including the return address, will be provided. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective or damaged.
• You receive the wrong item.

We will work with you promptly to resolve any issues.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale items or gift cards.
• Custom products, including personalized or made-to-order items.
• Items returned without original tags or packaging.
